Extraordinary General Meeting

This is to inform all members that the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on Sunday, 5 April, 2026, to Declare the Final Election Results for the 2026–2028 term, will now be held at a revised time. Revised Time: 11:00 AM (instead of 4:00 PM) Venue: C/301, 3rd Floor, Gokul Heights, Kandivali West All members are requested to kindly take note of the change and attend accordingly.

Election Update

Nomination Forms for Election of the Managing Committee of Shree Navgam Visanagar Vanik Samaj for the term of two (2) years - 2026-2028 were to be submitted from 9 March to 19 March, 2026. In all the Vibhag's (Mumbai, Kandivali, Virar & Pune), we have received the required number of nomination forms. Accordingly, there will be No Election in any of the Vibhag. The final result shall be declared at the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled on Sunday, 5th April 2026 at 4:00 PM at C/301, 3rd Floor, Gokul Heights, Kandivali West.
